Our Academy Welcome Letter

INTRODUCING THE US PREMIER SOCCER ACADEMY

This spring, the US Premier Soccer Academy introduced a new concept in soccer training to the children of Long Island. The Academy’s philosophy is simple: a focus on individual skills development. Our goal is to bring children to a higher level so they can better compete in high school, competitive club soccer, college and/or even the US national team (Olympics and World Cup)!

The US Premier Soccer Academy’s program is open for ages 3 to 18, but the developmental program is open to ages U4 thru U10 boys and girls (3 to 9 years old as of August 1, 2009). The program is aimed at players who wish to learn the basic technical and tactical skills which allows them the necessary development for continued long term success in soccer. Your child will develop these skills in a friendly atmosphere with a qualified professional trainer. Other programs are available for children older than U10 as well.

The focus of the training will be on the individual skills development. This will result in players becoming more confident and comfortable on the ball in game situations. Emphasis will be placed on the techniques of passing, first touch, dribbling, defending and shooting, which are the building blocks of the game.

Players of all skill levels are welcome to learn how to improve their skills, so no tryouts are necessary to join the Academy. However, to promote the Academy, US Premier Soccer Academy is offering parents to come and see our developmental clinics every Sunday morning at Wantagh Park from 10:30am to 1pm. They have a chance to see our Academy in action, talk to our trainers and register for future programs.

Academy Schedule and Cost
